Great overall experience. Scheduling was super easy. Great communication. Showed up on time. Took Barsin no time to diagnose the problem. The compressor starter was broken, luckily they had the part on hand so the problem got fixed right away. Barsin is super nice and pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, smooth transaction. Submitted a Yelp estimate request in the early evening for failing AC, received a response within 1 hour asking for my availability the next day, messaged back, and received a text confirmation the following morning with the appt time, as well as a text reminder right before the appt. When Barsin showed up, he asked me to turn on the thermostat, and literally within 5 seconds by listening to the motor, he was able to diagnose the issue!! He promptly replaced the part, giving me a couple of options for warranty coverage, and even gave me some parting gifts (a pen and cool mug). Fast, honest, no-nonsense, reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Job: Full HVAC system upgrade [ New 2 stage furnace, A/C, relocation to the attic, new electrical line. new ductwork with registers ] I live in 1969 built single-story home, that had an original heater and ductwork. I contacted HVACERZ through Yelp. A quick Yelp conversation later, we agreed for an appointment. Barsin came by to evaluate the ask and gave me a quote within couple of days. He recommended a good environmental company to remove old ductwork with asbestos. The job took 3.5 days [ 8-9 hrs/day]. The workmanship is exceptional. The whole team is skilled and professional. They communicated every step of the way and made sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend this team.

My heater was not working. Requested a quote, came to my home, inspected the unit, provided a reasonable quote and got started. The furnace blower motor was done. They completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and left. Everything was done with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality of work. I received other verbal estimates over the phone but they were just guesses. Other companies were a few days out to get quotes. Overall Barsin’s pricing was better and his turn times were quicker, not to mention that he knows what he is doing. I will def pass his info to my friends and family. 5 Stars because I couldn’t get call backs or any same day diagnosis from anyone else. Well not unless I basically agreed to pay extra for that level of service.
